Located in Knightsbridge on the edge of Hyde Park, London’s Bvlgari Hotel is the height of luxury and style. Our brief was to undertake validations of the existing services and landlord supplies to the property. We were also tasked to install BMS controls, domestic services, discrete chilled-water fan coils, underfloor electric heating, lphw heating, fresh air and extract air ventilation.

Our brief was to undertake the installation of mechanical services to a new construction of 46 one and two bedroom self contained private apartments, including an exclusive clubhouse, commercial kitchen, dining area, bar and care facilities.

Our brief was to install domestic services to a luxury, new-build 12-storey apartment building, comprising 205 apartments and 12 mews houses. The properties were to be finished to the highest quality and to the most exacting design and installation standards

Our brief was to design and install mechanical services to a pair of outstanding contemporary houses at an exclusive address in London. Each was to be completed with underground swimming pool complex, sauna and steam room. There was very limited space available for mechanical equipment and all design considerations needed to be discreet and in keeping with the fine décor within the houses.
