Our brief was to undertake the installation of mechanical services to a new construction of 46 one and two bedroom self contained private apartments, including an exclusive clubhouse, commercial kitchen, dining area, bar and care facilities.
We undertook installation of heating, domestic services, whole-house ventilation and above ground drainage to all apartments. Installation of heating, air conditioning, domestic services, ventilation, controls and above ground drainage was undertaken within the club house and all communal facilities, including a combined heat and power unit to meet a large proportion of the electrical demand in addition to the space heating.
The project was successfully completed on time and within budget, providing a purpose built, fully functioning, retirement village completed to a high standard of finish.
