Our brief was to install domestic services to a luxury, new-build 12-storey apartment building, comprising 205 apartments and 12 mews houses. The properties were to be finished to the highest quality and to the most exacting design and installation standards
We installed domestic hot and cold services throughout using press-fit technology and above ground drainage services. We undertook extensive installation testing and quality monitoring with strict ‘sign-off’ procedures to ensure the integrity of the services throughout the project.
The project was completed on time and within budget, resulting in a refined development of arguably one of the highest quality and most prestigious addresses in London; between the Royal Hyde Park and Harrods Department Store in Knightsbridge. The properties were subsequently awarded the ‘Residential Development of the Year’ at the Property Awards 2006.
