Located in Knightsbridge on the edge of Hyde Park, London’s Bvlgari Hotel is the height of luxury and style. Our brief was to undertake validations of the existing services and landlord supplies to the property. We were also tasked to install BMS controls, domestic services, discrete chilled-water fan coils, underfloor electric heating, lphw heating, fresh air and extract air ventilation.
We installed domestic hot and cold services, chilled water and above-ground drainage using pressfit technology. We extensively modified the existing comfort cooling installation with the removal and replacement of a number of concealed ducted fan coil systems. We completely replaced the BMS control wiring and main control panel.
The successful completion of the project on time resulted in an outstanding high-end luxury apartment of arguably one of the finest properties of its type within Knightsbridge.
