MJA have worked with Metromec since 2000 on a variety of projects over a number of years, including new installations within both new-build, and refurbished high-end residential apartment blocks, installations within commercial offices as a part of refurbishment and occupational fit-out works for clients, PPM maintenance based services, within which they have carried out works of a mechanical building services nature, covering all aspects including heating, domestic water, gas, plumbing, drainage, mechanical ventilation, DX based heating/cooling systems, controls works, maintenance activities and, in part, electrical services installations.

Metromec and MJA have a long-standing working relationship, and this is testament to the service that we get from them – we have when the occasion arises, been happy to recommend Metromec to clients of ours, for projects or works that we may be involved with, or for which the client is looking to deal directly with a contractor, without an involvement through MJA – if I didn’t think that I could trust the service that Metromec provide, then I would not recommend them to my clients.

We always received a good service from Metromec, we know the two Directors and also have met their support team, both on sites and at their offices and have never had anything other than a good customer service from them.

Metromec are a company that will work with us, and we are able to form a collaborative relationship with them, to work through problems and deliver projects to clients; we have never had occasion where problems have not been resolved, and this is generally down to their approach to delivering a project, keeping the customer happy and ‘on-side’ and ensuring that work is completed. As with all projects, if there are post-completion problems to address, they will attend to these and ensure that a project closes out 100% complete.

Metromec were commissioned on our behalf to carry out extensive electrical, plumbing and safety building works to the Practice. They did this with no disruption to patient services and all with the utmost professionalism from the MD to the workforce on the ground.
