Brief

To install Mechanical Services to two new build Education Buildings containing Air Source Heat Pumps, domestic services, LPG Gas serving Teaching Laboratory, Exotic Reptile Laboratory & Teaching Classroom, Monodraught Windcatcher, HVR units & Motorized facia weather louvres.

Solution

This project included two new state-of-the-art buildings that are setting the standard for environmentally conscious construction including the creation of a unique Reptile Enclosure classroom, giving students a dynamic, real-world experience with diverse species.

Key features included:

  • Air Source Heat Pumps in each building, ensuring energy-efficient heating.
  • Monodraught Ventilation Systems equipped with Windcatcher and HVR units, providing natural ventilation, improved air quality, and a comfortable learning environment year-round.
