Brief
Metromec were commissioned to design and install new ventilation, comfort cooling, domestic services and above ground drainage to large railway arches within central London aligned with thier conversion into a live music venue and bar, including separate bar, events, stage and hospitality areas.
Solution
Metromec undertook the design of the mechanical services from the clients brief. There was limited space available for equipment so careful consideration was required with regards to the layout, installation of ductwork and pipework and the acoustic performance of the services.
Outcome
The works were completed on time and within budget with the venue opening successfully on the planned date.
