Our brief was to install mechanical and electrical services to a renovated historical building and the new build rehabilitation and detoxification wing. We were commissioned to provide a modern environment to combine comfort with robust safety and security with 16 bedrooms, complementary therapy room and an extensive medical surgery.
We undertook installation of mechanical and electrical services to include full BMS controls, lighting, power, CCTV monitoring, computer-based individual access control and movement monitoring, domestic and heating services with under floor heating.
The successful completion of a 16 bed integrated treatment and recovery service, designed to serve men and women aged 18 years upwards with drug and alcohol problems in an environment highly conducive to recovery and well being.
